For our Fort Morgan, CO manufacturing facility we are seeking a Wastewater Supervisor who will help us continue our successful trend in the global dairy foods marketplace.


We Ask Of You To:


  • Provides guidance and direction to a team of hourly employees in the Wastewater Department.
  • Supervise and monitor the industrial wastewater treatment facility, department safety, and department efficiency for team.
  • Monitors waste streams generated by the plant to ensure in compliance with governmental regulatory agencies, and to assure plant efficiencies, product quality, safety and cost control.

You Have (Minimum Qualifications): 

  • High School or GED equivalent
  • Three (3) years of related industrial wastewater treatment experience, manufacturing operation or additional education, as applicable
  • 1 year of progressive leadership experience. 

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): 

  • Associate and/or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or other related field.
  • Five (5) years of related industrial wastewater treatment experience, manufacturing operation preferred.
