We Ask Of You To:

  • Ensure successful management, proper training, and professional development of direct and indirect reports.
  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure proper and optimal maintenance and operations of all equipment, assets, and property.
  • Develop plans to maximize equipment and process efficiencies, to enhance manufacturing effectiveness, and to support new installations.
  • Coordinate activities between suppliers and outside contractors with maintenance.
  • Establish critical system priority lists and handle multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams within the Production and Quality Assurance groups within the plant.

You Have (Minimum Qualifications):

  • 5 years of related reliability/industrial maintenance experience, manufacturing operation preferred.
  • 2 years of progressive leadership experience in equipment reliability/maintenance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.
  • Influential leadership skills.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial equipment reliability, maintenance, and repair.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Effective people management skills.
  • 1 year of progressive leadership

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Supervision experience in a food or beverage manufacturer.
  • Supervision experience of  hourly employees.
