Overview

At Leprino Foods it is important to attract, develop and retain top talent. Our Finance Leadership Development Program seeks out new college graduates with degrees in Finance or Accounting. We partner with them to develop the skills needed to become an outstanding leader and team member of our organization.

 

During the 18-30 month intensive program, you will spend the first 12 months at one of our manufacturing facilities, learning plant financial operations and then relocating to our Global Headquarters in Denver, CO where you will learn the core disciplines of a leading global cheese manufacturing company. At the successful conclusion of the program, you will be placed into a position in one of the rotational areas (FP&A, Plant Financial Operations, Accounting or Finance).

 

  • FP&A: Commercial, Operational, Strategic Planning & Budget Forecasting
  • Plant Financial Operations: Production Accounting, Month End Close, Operations Support & Business Operations
  • Accounting: Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Operations Accounting (AP/Payroll) & Capital Planning
  • Corporate Finance: Treasury Operations, Investments, Risk Management, Credit & Collections, Hedging & Strategic Planning
  • Audit: Strategy, Planning, Execution, Internal Controls & Process Flows and Policy Compliance

Fort Morgan, CO

Greeley, CO

Lemoore (West), CA

Roswell, NM

Waverly, NY

  • Enhance manufacturing effectiveness
  • Effective asset utilization through proper care, operation, maintenance and new project delivery
  • Support new installations
  • Coordinate activities between corporate suppliers and outside contractors
  • Training and developing maintenance best practices and technical skills
  • Promote continuous improvement ideas and culture
  • Root cause analysis/troubleshooting

You Have (Minimum Qualifications):

 

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or closely related field of study from an accredited 4 year college or university
  • Minimum 3.0 G.P.A in major
  • Geographic mobility
  • Previous internships within the Finance or Accounting industry

  • Strong interest in working at a manufacturing facility in an accounting role
