    For our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on our Corporate BI team to continue moving our organization to even larger levels. We take pride in our vision to be "world's best", it's why we work harder, invest more, and continually innovate.

    Responsibilities

    • As the Senior BI Analyst, you will be the liaison between BI Business Users/Analysts and the BI technical team.
    • The primary objective of this role is to thoroughly understand the practical needs of the BI Business Users/Analysts residing with business functions and partner with the technical team to deliver sustainable solutions in life with the company’s priorities and objectives.
    • Assist the BI Manager in department analytics including, but not limited to BI usage rates, service level agreements, and department budget results.
    • Assist the Director of Business Intelligence with the overall IT strategic plan and annual budget processes.
    • Communicate and facilitate periodic BI training and learning programs as well as ad-hoc user support.
    • Build strong and trusted relationships with our BI business users to understand current processes and brainstorm ways that BI can provide value.
    • Translate needs of the business to our BI Architects and collaborate to develop robust reporting solutions and deliver on those solutions within timeline and budget.

    Qualifications

    You Have (Mandatory Qualifications):

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in either Business (Analytical concentration), Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering
    • Strong aptitude with ad-hoc reporting tools primarily with MS Excel and pivot table functionality.
    • At least five years of experience developing BI solutions preferably MS platforms (SSAS, SSRS, Power BI) in a data warehousing environment.
    • A basic understanding of SQL & Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
    • Intermediate understanding of database design and data warehousing concepts
    • Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems

     

    You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

    • At lease five years of experience in a BI Analyst position utilizing SSAS, SSRS, or Power BI.
    • Advanced experience with SAP ERP systems
