    Within our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking an Enterprise Client Services Specialist to continue moving our organization to even larger levels within the global cheese and dairy nutrition marketplace.     • Work with the team on evaluation, selection, procurement, deployment, and maintenance of client technology, both hardware and software, ensuring that the technology is consistent with established IT standards and software licensing requirements.
    • Use software tools in tracking and managing hardware and software assets using the asset management system. Such as BMC or SCCM configuration management tools.
    • Diagnose, respond to, and resolve client-side customer incidents and service requests using the IT Incident Management process and ticketing system utilizing phone, e-mail, instant messaging, and desk-side contact.
    • Analyze incident trends; prioritize and resolve incidents/service requests escalated to Enterprise Client Services.
    • Effectively work and communicate with end user customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely fashion.
    • Engage with the project management team on large ECS, Networking and Telephony projects, and manage smaller Infrastructure projects as needed outside the formal PMT organization as required.
    • Thoroughly document resolutions within the Incident and Problem Management ticketing system.
    • Compose application installation, configuration and support documentation.

    You Have (Mandatory Qualifications):

    • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, etc., or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years’ experience in client-side hardware/software support and configuration (computers, printers, tablets, smart phones, IP phones, AV equipment), including knowledge of Windows XX, iOS, Android platforms, including virtual environments like VMWare
    • Experience managing networked, distributed client-side technology environment using a variety of tools e.g. Active Directory, GPOs, patch management, WDS, Client Management (SCCM), MDM, etc.
    • Experience using enterprise ticketing system and escalation process

    We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

    • Windows 10 Experience
    • BMC or SCCM configuration management tools
    • Cherwell or similar help desk software
    • Exposure to SAP
    • ITIL v3 certification
    • Additional technical training certifications
