General Summary:
The Production Clerk is responsible for processing data as well as providing Lactose Supervisors/Managers accurate and timely reports to better enable those management personnel to make proper decisions and adjustments so as to have a position effect on quality and financial.



·         Check logs for errors, accuracy and completeness, make corrections as needed to Daily Production, Packaging Logs and Tickets.

·         Complete Lactose Bacti, Tracking-Enter accurate packaging, dryer and final test results.

·         Complete/Print/Post Dept graphs: Problem Lactose, Lactose, Lactose in Spec and Lactose, Y&E-Pull weekly info, Run Spec reports.

·         Ordering and Picking up supplies

·         Filing- Organize and keep hard copies of log sheets in filing cabinets.

·         P-card reconciliation

·         EIT Tracking-Keep binder and track teams.

·         Protein Tracking-Ensure all info is entered into spreadsheet. Track End of Run test results before drying dying to compare with final results.

·         Updating weekly information and spec reports for: Problem Protein & MWPC Graphs, and Protein MWP Y&E graphs, WHEY UP Corp, UF Membrane mapping , and MWPC merged data.

·         BOD-Tracking-Enter waste water info.

·         Provide clerical support to supervisors and managers

·         Other duties as assigned.
