Within our Nutrition Global Business Unit located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Marketing Manager, Nutrition Innovation to move our organization to even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutrition growth!   • In May 2021, Leprino Foods undertook a major re-organization that led to the creation of two distinct global business units: Cheese and Nutrition. This newly created position within the Nutrition business unit will play a key part in creating something new from the ground up and taking the business into areas we've never been in before.
  • Contribute to Leprino’s Nutrition innovation pipeline partnering with strategic customers on new product development, concept commercialization, business growth strategies, market strategy and execution, and developing go-to market plans.
  • The Nutrition Marketing Manager will be a close strategic partner to the Senior Manager of Nutrition Market Insights, the Nutrition Business Unit Vice President, and our Ascent Protein subsidiary.
  • Showcase innovation capabilities of new business initiatives and develop key customer insights that shape the innovation platform for our key nutrition segments in adult and sports nutrition, as well as commercial ingredients and infant formula.
  • Capture new dairy product opportunities with existing customers.
  • Become proficient in Leprino’s nutrition product offerings such as whey protein (concentrate & isolate), micellar casein, lactose, sweet whey, etc.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related subject area.
  • Previous experience as an associate brand manager or brand manager within the CPG, food, or beverage industry.
  • Extensive experience in new product innovation, concepting, new market penetration, and product commercialization.
  • Are humble, inquisitive, patient, collaborative, innovative, results-oriented, and resilient - the DNA of a Leprino employee.

We Hope You Also Have:

  • An MBA or Master’s in Marketing
  • Sports Nutrition experience.
  • Previous experience as an Innovation Marketer/Business Builder within a global CPG company.

  • At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $102,000 and $123,000.
