This position requires the responsibility to feed and load cheese, fold bags, rework and redice, and perform general housekeeping duties. In addition, this position requires responsibility for the proper brine flow through the system by maintaining and cleaning brine filters and monitoring the brine conveyor, cooper cutters, and take-out conveyors. The position provides secondary coverage for the high speed scale  and box maker operator on scheduled absences (i.e.; days off, vacations, leave of absences). This position interacts regularly with department operators, quality technicians, maintenance technicians, and department management. The General Labor is a Bracket 1 position and must be able to perform basic mechanical functions and understand the required Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Position coverage is for the following roles:  General Labor, High Speed Scale Operator, and Boxmaker Operator.

The Senior Supply Planner is responsible for generating an efficient master production schedule for assigned manufacturing locations by review planning systems, managing finished goods planning parameters and distribution plan. Successfully support new product launches, maintain targeted inventory levels, minimizing out of stocks and obsolete inventories.   Exceed company customer service goal of 99.0%, by coordinating sales order fulfillment, directly or through third party distribution network.  Ensure maximum utilization of internal warehouse space, manufacturing capacity and inventory, by collaborating cross functionally with Demand Planning, Sales, Customer Service, Plant Materials Management, Transportation, Quality Assurance and Quality Execution.   We Ask You to: Supply Planning and Scheduling Systems and Execution - Generates efficient master production schedule and maintains highly accurate 12-week production forecast.  - Works with Plant Materials Management to prepare weekly production schedule, which meets customer demand, maximizes plant production efficiency, and minimizes freight costs.  - Using all Planning systems, managing finished goods planning parameters, review of forecasts, establish safety stock levels, determine optimal production run sizes and adhere to defined lead times for products supplied from responsible locations.  - Understands number of budgeted / actual operating days and the available supplies of milk, ensuring customer order can be fulfilled within defined service requirements and all milk in consumed into optimal finished goods materials, to minimize obsolescence or out of age inventory.  Inventory Disposition and Sales Forecast - Reviews and analyzes customer orders and performs various customer service activities. - Provides information and updates to other parts of the organization to enable good business decision making and ensure seamless execution to the customer.  - Reviews and measures daily and weekly production attainment and inventory availability while working with Plant Production, Plant QE and Corporate QA, to ensure timely review, release and / or disposition of production and inventory.  - Collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to analyze sales forecasts, resolve action items, and maintain new, aging and obsolete inventory items Quality and Customer Service - Supports the ongoing efforts to foster the principles of Leprino Quality by maintaining an exceptional commitment to the principles of customer service, product quality, business ethics, leadership, and employee involvement. Leprino Foods is the world's largest supplier of mozzarella cheese and one of the largest suppliers of premium dairy nutrition ingredients. Our customers and business partners span the globe and include many of the world's largest food companies, restaurant chains and distributors.   The Extruder Operator maintains constant levels and proper mixture of all ingredients being added to the cheese; Maintaining a clean environment and adhering to all the GMP’s, SOP’s, and Critical Control Points pertaining to Food Safety and USDA regulations.   The Extruder operator must be able to communicate well between all departments such as Whey, Processing, Cheese, etc. Must be able to make computer adjustments to start the CIP process and control product salt set points, cheese speed, etc. This position must know how to properly make adjustments to control ingredients that go into the cheese (salt, liquids, powder, modifier, etc). The Extruder Operator also requires a constant data entry of pH levels, ribbon dimensions, weights, etc. and input this information into the computer. The incumbent performs CIP (Clean in Place) and applies proper chemical dosage to effectively clean all equipment being used.

In addition, the individual must be able to communicate well with other operators the silo status.   The Milk Receiver also must be able to make mechanical hookups for transfer of milk to silos and for sanitation. The position requires standing, walking, climbing, and lifting milk hoses for each load of milk being received. The position requires a constant paperwork handling to verify ticket numbers, load numbers, and input of this information into the computer.

Within our corporate Finance team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking an AssociateDirector of Treasury & Credit to lead, teach, and mentor Leprino's Treasury and Credit team members; to provide invaluable financial input on our strategic business endeavors; stewardship over vital programs within Leprino, and reporting on critical financial statements and results   - Provide input into the overall cash management strategy of Leprino Foods. - Ensure consistent execution and efficient use of cash, reasonable investment returns in compliance with the investment policy. - Stay current on economic developments and recommend ensuing changes in our corporate investment strategies. - We hope you develop a strong understanding of Leprino’s Total System Economics, including the dairy markets and the factors that drive our business results. - Evaluate counter-party risks associated with all sales and hedging related activities. - Ensure all due diligence necessary for the establishment of open credit terms with customers. - Attend quarterly Investment Committee meetings related to our Profit Sharing and 401(k) plans. - Manage the relationship with our relocation vendor as it pertains to the real estate program. - Review all month end treasury journal entries ensuring accuracy. - Report monthly results of all fixed price programs (cheese, nutrition, and FX).   We’d Love To Hear From You If You: - Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance or Accounting discipline. - Have eight years of experience in a Treasury leadership position. - The ability to occasionally travel (not much more than 10%). - Are humble, inquisitive, patient, collaborative, innovative, entrepreneurial, and resilient - the DNA of a Leprino employee.   We Hope You Also Have: - A Master’s Degree or MBA in a Finance or Accounting discipline. - A deep and robust understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and financial concepts. - Experience with commodities and derivative instruments. - Experience with a company that operates large-scale manufacturing facilities.   Leprino Foods embraces diversity and equal opportunity.
