The Contact Tracer and Testing Coordinator will use a set process to call all contacts of anyone diagnosed with COVID19, determine exposure, assess symptoms, refer for testing according to established protocols, and provide them with instructions for testing, isolation or quarantine. This position is required to follow set scripts and adhere to policies and procedures. They will also comply with Department training regarding confidential information related to personal information. To ensure success, The Contact Tracer and Testing Coordinator should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in an environment where adherence to policies and procedures is required. The Lab Technician III, Microbiology assists the Microbiology Department by sampling and performing microbiological testing of milk, whey, cheese, and environmental samples. Our customers and business partners span the globe and include many of the world's largest food companies, restaurant chains and distributors.   The Extruder Operator maintains constant levels and proper mixture of all ingredients being added to the cheese; Maintaining a clean environment and adhering to all the GMP’s, SOP’s, and Critical Control Points pertaining to Food Safety and USDA regulations.   The Extruder operator must be able to communicate well between all departments such as Whey, Processing, Cheese, etc. Must be able to make computer adjustments to start the CIP process and control product salt set points, cheese speed, etc. This position must know how to properly make adjustments to control ingredients that go into the cheese (salt, liquids, powder, modifier, etc). The Extruder Operator also requires a constant data entry of pH levels, ribbon dimensions, weights, etc. and input this information into the computer.
