Must display recognition of quality control problems such as soft cheese, extraneous, and proper blend considerations. The Processing Line Attendant stands/walks throughout the shift. The position requires lifting weights up to 45 pounds throughout the day, bulk load same day dice (S.D.D.) if necessary, unwrap plastic from cheese blocks, and dump tubs of cheese into the rework auger.

The Pilot Plant Operator (PPO) assists with and supports a variety of experiments and projects conducted in the Pilot Plant toward the development of new products that may later be implemented in the Leprino Foods factories. Key responsibilities include assisting in equipment operation during various cheese trials (as the schedule dictates), including set up, operation and sanitation of processing end equipment and running the refinish operation.   We Ask You to: Equipment Operation - Assists with operation of the dry mixer, single auger mixer (SAM) and extruder. - Completes set up, operation and cleaning of dicers/shredders, QLC freezer, grinder and gas flush equipment. - Accurately labels and packages final cheese products and transports to warehouse for storage. - Monitors and completes refinished cheese as generated by the cheese trials and as needed to maintain cooler cleanliness - Completes set up, operation and cleaning of Goldpeg/Prism operation. The Accounts Payable Assistant ensures appropriate processing of payments to suppliers, auditing each document for compliance with policies.  This position is responsible for processing invoices in a priority that claims all discounts, minimizes vendor inquiry, and protects the use of Company funds. This position is also responsible for validating and routing plant invoices to ensure compliance with Company policies.  This position routes any charges that may need additional Corporate approvals and has a thorough understanding of company policies so that discrepancies can be identified and corrected prior to processing.    We Ask You to: Stewardship & Process Excellence - Audits plant and Corporate invoices to ensure compliance with company policies. - Routes invoices for approvals based on company policy and responsibility for charges. - Resolves discrepancies and answer inquires through direct contact with vendors; corporate and plant personnel. Administrative Duties - Processes incoming physical and electronic mail using ReadSoft invoice Verify software including routing to appropriate A/P workflow. - Researches vendor inquiries and processes Voids and Stop Payments, when necessary. - Ensures all payments are processed to the correct suppliers. - Evaluates all new vendors to determine best possible payment method including A/P controls, P card or ACH. Collects proper documentation to set up new supplier such as W9. - Assists with the completion of special projects and other support functions, such as: retrieval of documents to be used during inquiry resolution. - Identifies and corrects discrepancies prior to processing. The Quality Supervisor executes on daily execution of the Plant’s Quality and Food Safety programs, processes, and systems to ensure that plant performance meets and/or exceeds company-wide expectations.   We Ask You to: - Establishes himself/ herself as the go to quality resource for daily decision making.
