The Power Maintenance Technician requires responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all utility equipment, to include boil­ers and refrigeration equipment.  The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. No employees report to the position. The Power Maintenance Technician will perform and document all tests, maintain logs and understand/adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). The position is responsible for all plant utilities including, but not limited to, refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, HVAC, water systems, chemical treatment systems, plumbing, electrical, and wastewater support.   Power Maintenance Technicians often work alone, and must exercise considerable judgment and problem-solving skills to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment. Work is normally done in high noise areas and in extreme temperature changes. Attention must be paid to operating safely with hazardous chemicals and wearing personal protective equipment as required. Tasks often require sections of various systems be taken off line for maintenance or repair, and it is the responsibility of the Power Maintenance Technician to effectively communicate with supervisors, other technicians, and the departments affected when work is being performed.

Within our corporate Accounting & Finance team located in Denver – we are seeking a Production Accountant. This position performs processes surrounding select phases of corporate and plant production accounting. This includes performing and understanding the financial impacts of production yield variances, shrink model, milk payments and financial close models to effectively publish the plant A/C/B financial statements. The Production Accountant provides support to internal customers in Plant Operations, Plant Production Accounting, Dairy Procurement, Operations FP&A and core leadership within Leprino Foods. - Performs Pilot Plant receipt, cycle count, production and shipment material movements to close plant financial statements. - Reviews and processes milk payments timely and accurately to ensure quality milk settlement reporting. - Using system generated yield data, books related month-end financial variances. - Performs the month-end overhead and absorption financial variances. - Books month-end efficiency and rate variances to explain the variance between actual and standard labor dollars. - Provides detailed information relating to pilot plant accounting and provides the business with information needed to evaluate R&D cheese credits. - Performs monthly balance sheet reconciliations in accordance to policy, reconciling all variances. - Maintains a continuous improvement mentality to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial close models. - Provides ad-hoc reporting from Production Accounting and Operations FP&A leadership. - Support Plant Controllers and Accounting Supervisors throughout nine manufacturing facilities. Will you join us on our journey?   The Operations Supervisor with coaching and guidance from plant leadership, the Operations Supervisor will gain in-depth knowledge of all production processes from start-up to shut-down, and is expected to be able to make solid decisions pertaining to product quality, safety, and efficiencies for their applicable department rotation.  As part of their development process, Operations Supervisors are also responsible for monitoring aspects of team performance throughout their rotation, including product testing, equipment operations, product inventories, and employee scheduling to meet production needs. The Operations Supervisor will assist in building an effective employee team by engaging, mentoring, and developing hourly team members when applicable.   We Ask You to: Technical Training & Onboarding - Develops and demonstrates knowledge of production processes which assures that production yields and efficiencies are met as defined by budgetary and corporate standards. - Demonstrates developed people leadership skills in the production department rotation by supporting and implementing programs in training, safety, communications, performance recognition, and internal employee development in order to ensure peak employee productivity. Operations Management - Supervises daily shift operations to ensure production standards and quality parameters are met where needed. - Achieves targeted production volumes for area of responsibility. - Determines equipment repair needs and initiates maintenance work orders to minimize production downtime. - Helps to monitor team operations and makes recommendations for labor and manufacturing efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvements.  - Executes to the department’s financial performance goals to assure that a quality product is provided at the least possible cost.   - Helps to implement plant safety programs to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.  - Assists in leading and executing the department’s quality systems to achieve quality goals.  Leadership - Plans and schedules daily staffing needs to maximize labor efficiency and ensure production needs are met, with guidance. - Leads and coaches team employees when applicable.   - Helps to build and foster strong working relationships, collaboration within the team and a positive work environment.  - Reinforces company and plant policies fairly and consistently.  - Ensures team employees have completed all required training.  - Responds to employee questions and concerns.   Offering You In Return: - The opportunity to join a company that will invest in you for the long-term.
