The Senior Supply Planner is responsible for generating an efficient master production schedule for assigned manufacturing locations by review planning systems, managing finished goods planning parameters and distribution plan. Successfully support new product launches, maintain targeted inventory levels, minimizing out of stocks and obsolete inventories.   Exceed company customer service goal of 99.0%, by coordinating sales order fulfillment, directly or through third party distribution network.  Ensure maximum utilization of internal warehouse space, manufacturing capacity and inventory, by collaborating cross functionally with Demand Planning, Sales, Customer Service, Plant Materials Management, Transportation, Quality Assurance and Quality Execution.   We Ask You to: Supply Planning and Scheduling Systems and Execution - Generates efficient master production schedule and maintains highly accurate 12-week production forecast.  - Works with Plant Materials Management to prepare weekly production schedule, which meets customer demand, maximizes plant production efficiency, and minimizes freight costs.  - Using all Planning systems, managing finished goods planning parameters, review of forecasts, establish safety stock levels, determine optimal production run sizes and adhere to defined lead times for products supplied from responsible locations.  - Understands number of budgeted / actual operating days and the available supplies of milk, ensuring customer order can be fulfilled within defined service requirements and all milk in consumed into optimal finished goods materials, to minimize obsolescence or out of age inventory.  Inventory Disposition and Sales Forecast - Reviews and analyzes customer orders and performs various customer service activities. - Provides information and updates to other parts of the organization to enable good business decision making and ensure seamless execution to the customer.  - Reviews and measures daily and weekly production attainment and inventory availability while working with Plant Production, Plant QE and Corporate QA, to ensure timely review, release and / or disposition of production and inventory.  - Collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to analyze sales forecasts, resolve action items, and maintain new, aging and obsolete inventory items Quality and Customer Service - Supports the ongoing efforts to foster the principles of Leprino Quality by maintaining an exceptional commitment to the principles of customer service, product quality, business ethics, leadership, and employee involvement. Must resolve and clear any resulting errors within strict deadlines. - Completes payroll entries such as tuition reimbursements, voluntary deductions, insurance refunds, referral bonuses, NY Paid Family Leave, etc. and reconciles to the pay results. - Processes weekly payroll in SAP from time evaluation through the paycheck creation process with minimal support from other team members. - Substantial knowledge of individual plant policies and their unique configuration in Kronos, as well as basic Union, State, and Federal regulations to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Manages garnishment process for hourly plant employees from interpretation of the garnishment to ensuring proper deductions on employee paychecks. - Prepares off cycle checks for employee adjustments and in compliance with state termination requirements. - Responds to inquiries from employees and management to resolve issues that may transpire. - Enrolls and trains new Denver hourly employees on the timeclock. - Investigates and resolves ACH returns or employee direct deposit inquiries. Timely, Accurate & Insightful Reporting - Maintains third party sick pay required for one of the Union plants. Manages the process from receipt of statements to input and balancing in SAP. - Manages and reconciles the Union 401k contributions and loan payments, including the file transmissions to the vendor. - Provides audit reports to management. - Prepares required reports for various stakeholders including the Department of Labor, CCG (WOTC reporting), Legal, Audit, and Risk Management. - Prepares Accounting journal entries, as well as month end payroll reporting and accruals. Leadership - Cross trained to back up many of the Payroll Specialist job duties. - Provides support and assistance to plant payroll personnel. Strategy and Thought Leadership - Reviews policy with the plants to help them succeed in paying employees correctly and on time. - Assists with special project needs as directed by the Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Manager. - Maintains Kronos system, including testing as needed, monitoring of licenses, holiday calendars, biometric monitoring as part of SOX Lite compliance, update and removal of jobs, etc. - Manages all Cherwell help tickets that are assigned to the Payroll department. Will you join us on our journey?   For our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking a Solution Architect. The Solution Architect, Systems & Storage will be responsible as the primary architect for the in-house Wintel & Linux systems, along with storage environments and to ensure the stability, integrity and performance of said systems and services. The incumbent must exhibit advanced knowledge in a variety of the systems & storage field's concepts, practices, and technologies, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  The Solution Architect will manage the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all systems and storage related hardware, software, and interrelated systems. This individual will also analyze and resolve systems, storage hardware and software incidents and problems in a timely and accurate manner and provide end user training where required.  Additional responsibilities will include managing supplier partners, participating/leading projects and small enhancement teams, working closely with business and application representatives throughout all phases of implementations, and driving resolution of support issues.   We Ask You to: Projects - The incumbent will be required to manage projects that involve major systems replacement, service expansion, analysis, design, vendor interaction, implementation, training, and follow up as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Systems and Storage. These projects will extend to Leprino’s production plants outside of the Corporate Office and will require the incumbent to travel to these locations to carry out these tasks. Systems and Storages - The security and integrity of Leprino Foods systems, storage and the information stored within is critical to ensuring business continuity. These devices only perform a portion of the job because the information they gather can only be put to good use by physical intervention. This task becomes the responsibility of the Solution Architect, Systems & Storage who will be required to carry out the following: - Recommend and implement new systems & storage capability as required to protect the Company’s interests - Continue to work with the IT Security team to develop and maintain a high level of security with respect to external resources requiring access to the Leprino network. - Continue to work with the IT Security team to review and manage the update, where necessary, the level of security on all security systems and devices in accordance with industry standards. - Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technology to mitigate risks - Responsible to stay current on lifecycle management of all Systems, Storage and Backup systems, as well as manage & track those efforts - Responsible for the Systems & Storage Aspects of the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity IT programs. - Crafting and updating all DR & BC Policies, Processes and Procedures - Ensuring all technical aspects of the DR and BC program are functioning - Data replication between all pertinent LFC locations - All DR hardware is functioning and up to date - Documentation of Systems Design (and Maintenance) is part of this role Systems Administration & Customer Service - The promotion of excellence in quality and customer service within the Systems & Storage team, IT and the company rates extremely high on this position's requirements. This will include the following: - Maximization of the end-user’s productivity by providing stable, efficient and cost effective solutions to the business. Financial Responsibility - The incumbent’s financial responsibility includes the following: - Execution of competitive bidding processes with a variety of vendors - Recommendations and guidelines for all locations annual budgetary process - Continuous review and recommendations, where necessary, for any changes to services that improve service and/or show significant savings to the business. - Monitor and review maintenance contract arrangements with vendors ensuring that maintenance schedules are being adhered to and that Leprino is receiving the best value for money available Managerial Duties - The Systems & Storage Solution Architect will provide any assistance that may be required to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Systems and Storage and is also required to supervise certain activities of the Systems & Storage Contractors.
