Must display recognition of quality control problems such as soft cheese, extraneous, and proper blend considerations. The Processing Line Attendant stands/walks throughout the shift. The position requires lifting weights up to 45 pounds throughout the day, bulk load same day dice (S.D.D.) if necessary, unwrap plastic from cheese blocks, and dump tubs of cheese into the rework auger.

The Maintenance Manager manages the maintenance function for the plant to assure adequate cost effective utilities and power are provided along with the quality and quantity of maintenance support required to meet production needs. This position prepares and monitors the department budget, directs the purchasing of spare parts and determines minimum inventory levels, initiates work orders, and reviews general plant equipment repairs.  Participates in capital projects by aiding in the development of project scope, specifying controls and equipment to be used, directing installation efforts, and monitoring start-up, troubleshooting and maintenance training of new systems. Make solid decisions pertaining to product quality, department safety, and department efficiency for team. Monitor all aspects of their team in the Processing Department including product testing, equipment operations, and employee actions. Take accurate product inventories and schedule employees to meet production needs. Builds an effective employee team by engaging, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
