Supply Chain Packaging, Specs, and Analytics - Maintains and continuously improves the artwork creation and development process for new and existing packaging.  This includes artistic discretion on proposed artwork, determining levels of management approval necessary and developing and executing a stakeholder communication plan to secure approval, as well as ensuring completion of proofing and material setup with applicable vendors. - Leads discussion with partners in Regulatory, Trade Compliance, and Sales groups to complete a risk and needs assessment to accomplish packaging/labeling translations, country compliance checks, and artwork approvals. - Collaborates with Procurement, Operations, and Technical Services to support packaging trials and product transitions. - Partners with Materials Management teams to coordinate new and existing packaging projects. - Develops and continuously improves a system for preserving data, collaborating with external and internal resources as necessary.  This includes maintaining packaging and label artwork in Cyberdocs and NiceLabel case portal databases and managing product and packaging specification changes in SAP. - Performs analysis to show performance trends and highlight key variables to provide reports and information to company leadership in support of Supply Chain requirements. Project Portfolio Management (PPM) System Administration - Creates and facilitates project requests in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software. Tracks new product development activities within the PPM. - Serves as the system administrator for the PPM. May be included in testing and implementation of larger-scale system changes. - Provides training to PPM system users. Onboards new employees within the system. The Associate Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing all inventory, shipping and receiving activity, as well as administrative functions for our Contracted Outside Warehouse locations (3PL).
