The Quality Execution Group Leader is responsible for the safe operation of the associated equipment and/or processes, the quality of incoming raw materials, the quality of the outgoing products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safe work practices. The Quality Group Leader is a working foreperson and must be capable of accurately testing all samples pertaining to in-process monitoring and final product analysis for adjustments by production and the determination or disposition of all products. The Industrial Controls Technician reports to the Plant Maintenance Controls Supervisor.    The environment at the Fort Morgan plant is a production-focused operation using highly technical, constantly changing state-of-the-art equipment and methods. The facility is expected to operate at maximum efficiency 350+ run days per year and 18-20 hours of production time per day. This challenges the incumbent to complete scheduled work within tight time deadlines and troubleshoot, identify and solve real time problems on demand.   The Industrial Controls Technician is responsible for assisting the Controls Supervisor in the selection, installation, programming, documentation, training and knowledge of all plant industrial controls.  They are also responsible for all computer integration of PLC’s, HMI’s and process controls within the facility.  The Industrial Controls Technician is responsible for training of end users on the operations of newly installed or modified process or control systems.  They are responsible for standardization of control systems and control logic designs, documentation of operational procedures and as-built drawings and logic. They will be the plant liaison for new system start up and commissioning by all outside controls contractors and system integrators to insure proper transfer of documented PLC programs changes and adequate training on the installation/changes that have been completed.    The Industrial Controls Technician is responsible for following up on control work that has been done by Maintenance Technicians.  He will assist in troubleshooting of control and instrumentation equipment problems, and make repairs to equipment that is at fault and not part of the control system.    Some of the challenges in this position include reducing downtime with the updating of PLC logic and developing diagnostic tools with the data available through the controls; understanding the systems and keeping abreast of new technology to recommend upgrades that will reduce or eliminate problems; monitor and recommend adequate controls spare parts inventory; keeping control documentation up to date, and being available for off shift support.    Performance in this position can be measured by the timely completion of work, minimizing of machine downtime, development and utilization of diagnostic data for preventative maintenance, and thoroughness of new system designs and installations.   Knowledge and skills required to perform this position include general knowledge of industrial operations, working knowledge of various equipment and plant processes to understand, interpret and schedule work orders; strong technical and electrical aptitude (i.e., electronic controls, process controls, instrumentation, data networks, HMI systems, control and HMI software).  The incumbent will be required to assess hardware and software and time requirements necessary for capital projects commissioning

The Senior Supply Planner is responsible for generating an efficient master production schedule for assigned manufacturing locations by review planning systems, managing finished goods planning parameters and distribution plan. Summary Description:   The Accounting Clerk VI (Accounting Analyst) provides administrative, project, and day-to-day functional support to the Accounting Department at the plant.  In addition to monitoring and enhancing inventory and production accounting/reporting procedures, and maintaining proper accounting of finished goods and raw materials inventory, the Accounting Clerk VI is also responsible for accurately reporting production statistics for cheese and whey, assisting with month end closing procedures, and preparing of annual budget.   Working Relationships:    The Accounting Clerk VI (Accounting Analyst) reports directly to the Plant Controller and has no direct reports.  The Accounting Clerk VI partners closely with other functional department managers and supervisors, with occasional interaction with corporate or regional employees as well.  The Accounting Clerk VI can serve as the back-up for the Plant Controller in his/her absence, under the direction and guidance of the Regional Controller.   Work Environment Description: - Works in a plant production floor. Requirements involve both sedentary and movement (e.g. walking, standing, or otherwise being mobile throughout the plant production floor) for extended periods of time, and sometimes through extreme heat or cold temperatures. - May be required to occasionally independently move and handle objects up to 50 pounds.

The General Laborer must be able to work overtime and holidays when required. The operator must be able to read/write and perform basic arithmetic in order to understand the S.O.P.’s, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safe work practices.   The General Labor employee must be able to understand the requirements of the position and successfully demonstrate proficiency in the job specific PSOP job certification.   This position is responsible and accountable to ensure product meets food safety, regulatory, and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and company policies.   This position requires the incumbent to work on site at the facility to be able to perform the associated job responsibilities.
