The Solution Architect, Systems & Storage will be responsible as the primary architect for the in-house Wintel & Linux systems, along with storage environments and to ensure the stability, integrity and performance of said systems and services. The incumbent must exhibit advanced knowledge in a variety of the systems & storage field's concepts, practices, and technologies, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  The Solution Architect will manage the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all systems and storage related hardware, software, and interrelated systems. At Leprino Foods it is important to attract, develop and retain top talent. Our Technical Service Trainee Program seeks out new college graduates with degrees in Engineering or a technical discipline. We partner with them to develop the skills needed to become an outstanding leader and team member of our organization. During the 12-18 month intensive program, you'll learn the entire operations of a leading global cheese manufacturing company with a rotation and work assignments in all the major plant and support departments. Rotations through Cheese Production, Cheese Processing, Whey and Quality. This is a fast-paced environment that requires constant change and adaptation. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a leadership role in Technical Services and Plant Engineering positions. The work environment is best characterized by a 7-day per week operation with numerous product changes, varying milk quality, and high process technology. State-of-the-art equipment exists and is consistently being upgraded to advanced state-of-the-art.
