The Supply Chain Portfolio Analyst is responsible for key aspects of Supply Chain projects, including managing the Project Portfolio Management system, orchestrating and implementing processes to manage innovation and requirements in artwork, packaging, and spec changes, in accordance with both business and government regulations.  This individual will possess an in-depth understanding of Leprino Foods, its processes, and its standards to ensure compliance and timely execution of world’s best deliverables.   We Ask Of You To: Project Management - Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to lead Supply Chain and cross-functional projects, timelines, and priorities from start to finish. Many projects will involve collaboration and alignment with multiple stakeholders within the company and will impact company functions and relationships on a broad scale.  - Conduit between project execution personnel and company leadership to ensure accountability for progress and update key management on top priorities.  - Maintains expertise in the StageGate process and leads project teams in StageGate meetings to drive for desired results. Supply Chain Packaging, Specs, and Analytics - Maintains and continuously improves the artwork creation and development process for new and existing packaging.  This includes artistic discretion on proposed artwork, determining levels of management approval necessary and developing and executing a stakeholder communication plan to secure approval, as well as ensuring completion of proofing and material setup with applicable vendors. - Leads discussion with partners in Regulatory, Trade Compliance, and Sales groups to complete a risk and needs assessment to accomplish packaging/labeling translations, country compliance checks, and artwork approvals. - Collaborates with Procurement, Operations, and Technical Services to support packaging trials and product transitions. - Partners with Materials Management teams to coordinate new and existing packaging projects. - Develops and continuously improves a system for preserving data, collaborating with external and internal resources as necessary.  This includes maintaining packaging and label artwork in Cyberdocs and NiceLabel case portal databases and managing product and packaging specification changes in SAP. - Performs analysis to show performance trends and highlight key variables to provide reports and information to company leadership in support of Supply Chain requirements. Project Portfolio Management (PPM) System Administration - Creates and facilitates project requests in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software. Tracks new product development activities within the PPM. - Serves as the system administrator for the PPM. Manages system users, maintains security permissions, and makes small-scale configuration changes. May be included in testing and implementation of larger-scale system changes. - Provides training to PPM system users. Onboards new employees within the system. Creates and maintains system-specific documentation. Within our Controls Engineering team located in Denver – we are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer. The right candidate will support the controls engineering support function across our nine manufacturing facilities by providing functional leadership, technical expertise, troubleshooting, resolution, and continuous improvement. - Provide companywide expertise for process control development and support – mainly responsible for the programming, documentation, training and deployment of companywide instrumentation, controls, and other strategic systems. - Will visit manufacturing facilities during the installation of equipment and system start-ups to ensure successful implementation of projects. - Core breakdown of responsibilities include: Engineering (30%), Project Execution (20%), Leadership (20%), Project Support (15%), and Continuous Improvement (15%). - Implement applications and automation which extends and enhances our process application capabilities. - Perform software modifications to existing/new process system PLCs and HMIs. - Understand and troubleshoot PLC, HMI for process and batching systems. - Support manufacture, build, and validation of systems which include pneumatics, servos, VFDs, relays, communication networks, HMI screens, pushbuttons, and robotic integration. - Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic projects, participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. - Provide all necessary Controls Engineering operations/project support to maximize financial performance and operating efficiency of our nine domestic plants. - Assist in development, guidance, troubleshooting, installation, and design of capital projects or installed systems. - Foster a mentoring environment, demonstrating sound practices to plant personnel for development of their technical skills, problem prevention, promotion of a safe working environment, and ensuring Leprino quality is integrated in the daily business.   We’d love to hear from you if you: - Hold a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or similar technical subject area. - Five (5) years of experience in PLC/SCADA integration, programming of ControlLogix PLC processors, and/or working with the Wonderware software suite (to include System Platform, InTouch, DASABCIP, InSQL, and MES Operations. - Experience with various instrumentation such as flow meters, pressure sensors, level sensors, temperature probes, VFDs, and starters. - Experience in industrial automation networks such as ControlNet, DeviceNet, or Ethernet. - Are humble, inquisitive, patient, collaborative, innovative, results-oriented, and resilient - the DNA of a Leprino employee. The Associate Accounting Analyst, Fixed Assets assists the Senior Manager, Construction and Fixed Assets, Tech Services Project Managers, Plant Engineering Admins, Plant Project Managers and Corporate AFE Project Managers in providing accurate, consistent and timely support for Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) capital, commitments, expenditures to date and closing capital projects on a timely basis. The Associate Accounting Analyst, Fixed Assets assists with the preparation of monthly journal entries for capital projects as well as the Tech Services cost center. The role performs timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations for some accounts. The Associate Accounting Analyst, Fixed Assets also assists in the preparation of the cost center budget for the Teflon cost center as well as the Tech Services - Training cost center. The Manager, R&D Test Kitchen is responsible for the efficient operation of the Product Applications Test Kitchen through the effective management of resources. The Associate Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing all inventory, shipping and receiving activity, as well as administrative functions for our Contracted Outside Warehouse locations (3PL). The Analyst acts as the owner of our account and leads all activities in these categories to support a 99%+ customer service target and profitable bottom line. We deliver exceptional Quality and Service at an Ethically Competitive Price. On average, the Analyst is responsible for 40MM+ pounds of inventory and 100+ customer orders per week across five to twelve facilities. Critical to this role is a continual review and reconciliation of inventory, including inventory rotation, product aging, inventory status and inventory levels by product and location. A successful analyst possesses a continuous improvement mindset, positive attitude, and ownership mentality. They will serve their customers internal and external, learn and be curious, and execute with a high degree of attention to detail.   We Ask Of You To: Storage Management - Provide direction to storage partners on inbound and outbound orders. - Ensure LFC shipping and receiving standards are followed.  - Manage the paperwork flow from assigned facilities, including bills of lading and receivers. - Resolve and improve EDI transmissions to and from our facilities, maximizing available system capabilities. - Provide feedback to management on storage-related impacts to service and profitability. - Verify and approve invoices and claims for accuracy. - Monitor on-hand and in-transit inventory against 3PL available storage capacities. Inventory Management - Compare and reconcile product and wood pallet inventory records between LFC and storage partners weekly. - Maintain targeted inventory levels at storage facilities to meet customer requirements. - Resolve any damages, overages, or shortages at the time of product receipt or fulfillment. - Monitor shelf-life risks and develop strategies to eliminate obsolescence. - Provide direction on inventory hold and release to storage and manufacturing plant partners. - Develop and execute plans for consumption of all inventory that enters assigned facilities. Will you join us on our journey?   For our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking a Nutrition Pilot Plant Operator to continue moving our organization to even larger levels of innovation, and technological advancement. We take pride in our vision to be "world's best", it's why we work harder, invest more, and continually innovate.   We Ask You to: Equipment Operation - Sets up, operates and cleans filtration systems, dryer, and reaction equipment. - Accurately labels and packages final nutrition products and transports to warehouse for storage. - Sets up experiments including physical set up, material unloading, and communication with research scientist. - Takes samples as requested. - Completes the Production Log sheet. - Operates daily experiments on filtration, evaporation, drying, UHT or other equipment as needed. - Adjusts and troubleshoots equipment to maintain product specifications. Compliance - Maintains housekeeping standards in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Follows all required safety policies and procedures. - Complies with all Standard Operating Procures (SOP) in the Pilot Plant - Sanitizes equipment used during daily operation including CIP, COP, manual cleaning, and periodic cleaning per Master Sanitation Schedule. - Accurately follows production plans, and records data. - Collect samples and monitors production specifications.   OFFERING YOU IN RETURN: A chance to be part of a global team of individuals passionate about producing and delivering high-quality products that help feed and nourish families around the world.
