The Senior Supply Planner is responsible for generating an efficient master production schedule for assigned manufacturing locations by review planning systems, managing finished goods planning parameters and distribution plan. Liaison with HRBP on extensions of leave of absence. Maintain communication and work with legal counsel providing timely feedback to Human Resources management on all related issues. Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws (i.e. FMLA, ADA, HIPPA, and others) for compliance requirements. Collaborates with HR Business Partners and/or Legal. Initiates discussions between management and staff. Uses judgment to formulate solutions and initiates action. - Manage Third Party administrator relations, contracts, and operating agreements. Analyze impacts and make recommendations for effective utilization of resources. - Researches leave administration best practices and improves LFCs leave administration based on industry gold standard. - Attend seminars and job-related groups/networks, gathering information, ideas, and best practices for a best-in-class absence and leave management programs. - Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity to all information. - Perform other jobs as assigned. - Manage the Education Assistance program. The Accountant assists the Manager of Corporate Accounting and the rest of the Corporate Accounting department, providing accurate, consistent and timely support for financial and statistical reporting and analysis to all areas of the Company as instructed. For our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking a Systems Engineer (Internally classified as a Systems & StorageSolution Architect) on our Corporate IT Infrastructure team. As the primary architect for the in-house systems, the key technology platforms the Solution Architect will focus on include VMware, SuSE Linux, and Windows. Secondary systems include Rubrik and Pure Storage. - Exhibit sophisticated knowledge in a variety of the systems & storage field's concepts, practices, and technologies, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Direct reporting structure to Leprino’s Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems, Storage, and Operations. - Own the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all systems and storage related hardware, software, and interrelated systems. - Analyze and resolve systems, storage hardware and software incidents and problems in a timely and accurate manner and provide end user training where required. - Manage projects that involve major systems replacement, service expansion, analysis, design, vendor interaction, implementation, training, and follow up as assigned by the Senior Manager. These projects will extend to Leprino’s production plants outside of the Corporate Office and will require the incumbent to travel to these locations to carry out these tasks. - Recommend and implement new systems & storage capability as required to protect the Company’s interests - Work closely with the IT Security team to develop and maintain a high level of security with respect to external resources requiring access to the Leprino network. - Responsible for the Systems & Storage Aspects of the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity IT programs. - Provide any assistance that may be required to the Sr. Manager and is also required to supervise certain activities of the Systems & Storage Contractors. - During the absence of the Senior Manager, the Storage Architect assumes the role and responsibility for management of daily operations - Accept an exciting environment where solving problems, continuous learning, and a high technical capability is the norm, not the exception. Take ownership of your career – it’s yours to grow if you’re willing to put the work in.   We’d Love To Hear From You If You: - Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field or equivalent (and applicable) work experience. - Extensive systems experience on Microsoft Windows Server (2016 or 2019), VMware, and SuSE Linux platforms (and any applicable certifications). - Linux systems configuration at the enterprise level (whether SuSE/SLES, Red Hat, etc) - VMWare 6.5 and above We Hope You Also Have: - Master’s in an Information Systems subject area. - Linux Clustering - vSphere and vCloud experience - 8 years of experience in systems engineering using VMware, SuSE Linux, and Windows Server technologies.
